The AwardPro Business Solution was designed and developed inside a Trophy, Engraving and Promotional Products Sydney Retail Company (Premier Awards). With more than 20 years in the business, two previous industry software solution experiences and a fantastic team we developed the software from the ground up to make running the business easier and more effricient.
The program was designed from the begining to be easy to use, easy to input information, easy to maintain and to make the daily tasks of running a Trophy/Promo Business easier. We covered practically all areas and in many cases sat and observed what was going on around us and wrote it into software as it was happening live. The feature - Component Swap is a good example. After watching Linda dealing almost daily with suppliers out od stock calls we wrote an effective solution to handle those calls..... Possible the best feature in the system (or at least one of my favourites).
The AwardPro team consist of the developer, the programer and the fantastic office crew that form the tech support and education team. We are all enthusiatic, professional and ready to assist the growing user group.
After twenty years as a Trophy Retailer I have transformed my business with AwardPro to be an efficient easy to manage business that does not need me to be there everyday. I can log in from home and see exactly where we are up to and infact work from anywhere in the world. The whole team at Premier Awards have information at our finger tips and are able to process business much faster than any manual system making everyones lives easier and calmer.
