Tool Tips:
Throughout the program you will find hovering pop up tool tips that show you what the link button does to help you navigate while working on the program.


Help:
AwardPro comes with a full Help system with full search facilities and indexing. Click help in the program and it takes you directly to the up to date online help.


Video Help:
In the help centre you will find lots of online videos that show you how it happens.


Training Videos:
AwardPro comes with training videos that help you get started and provide a platform for training staff now and in the future.


Telephone Support:
AwardPro are committed to quality telephone technical support during office hours. A 3 month free support service is provide and then for a small annual fee you get ongoing support if you decide you need this.


Users Blog:
There is a users Blog that allows you to read regular updates and make comments


Data Updates:
The software is designed so that you can update component and products very easily by using Imports Wizard so that you do not have to rely on AwardPro Administration to provide new data lists. However AwardPro Administration will offer the service of prepaid import files if you wish to purchase them.
