We love AwardPro at our business – from the first day that we installed the program, we were able to write orders in a fraction of the time that it used to take using our old paper system.  To quote one of our sales staff – “If you take AwardPro away then I will be leaving as well.” Quoting for job is sooooo easy – put the code into the quote form and the price appears – no more looking for supplier price lists or where is that trophy from – updating prices is easy as three mouse clicks.

One of our sales people reported that whilst talking to a customer on the phone taking an order was able to send the information through to the customer whilst they were still talking, the customer was super impressed.

The production staff love AwardPro – they can see the schedule – any changes are instantly shown. Overdue jobs are highlighted and everyone in the business knows exactly what is occurring to each and every job.

Our production manager loves it as well because the ordering process which used to take her a full day in the busy season now only takes 15 minutes. No more errors in ordering or over ordering supplies – returns are even handled through Award Pro.

Our accounts person loves it because there is no more invoicing of jobs late into the night – invoices can be generated instantly. Our customers love the order confirmations that they receive via email any changes or updates to numbers can be sent through to them instantly.

With Award Pro running the business and we were comfortable using it after four weeks, we made another decision to go paperless – a huge step for any business that had always been 100% reliant on the paper system. We used to have to reprint job sheets every time a customer changed their order, as we all know in the Trophy business this can happen quite a lot in the busy season with the larger orders. By doing this our office paper costs have been reduced by 90% , the only items that are being printed now in our business, are the best things – Invoices for customers to pay their bills. AwardPro allowed this decision to go paperless to be introduced and we have not looked back since making the changeover.

In summary, AwardPro has delivered the results it said it would for our business. Most importantly our staff love using it because it is user friendly system.

I was surprised at how quickly we got set up. Sure there are some inhouse products to build still but we did start writing orders on day one like Geoff raves on about.

Awardpro has been a very long time coming. It fills a very deep hole in the trophy world.

As an owner it is hard to tell which product lines are making them money, and which ones are running at a loss. In fact we are often far too busy running the shop, with all the jobs stored in their head, working in the business with no time to spend on the business. STEP IN AWARDPRO. I now have reports that show the profitable lines, and can adjust the pricing with a click of a button on the less profitable lines.

I have an incredibly useful sales forecast where I can measure both my invoiced sales and orders still in progress vs my target budget to see what type of month I am having. Most importantly when preparing an order, I can click on ‘Analyse Sales Performance’ and it will tell me just how much profit I am making on that particular job, in monetary terms and as a percentage.

We have seen a huge improvement in the structure of our business in all areas. Implementing Awardpro made it easy to stop and take a serious look at our pricing structure. I remember the day the program was installed. I realised right there that huge potential profits were being washed down the drain – and that was just on the day of installation!

Since then we have been going great guns, I don’t wake up tearing my hair out at night having forgot to order a ‘riser’ for a netball trophy a customer requested, Awardpro has done it for me. In fact from the moment the customer has placed an order with you, you don’t need to do anything further. The breaking down of trophies into individual componentry, the ordering from the different suppliers with different delivery timescales (especially important in Perth), the pricing (even bulk pricing), the invoice has all been taken care of, right at the point of order. It is truly amazing! Of course the trophies need to be built and engraved, but I have a built in job schedule that tells me which jobs to prioritise.

Best of all, you don’t need to be a computer guru, or an accountant to run it!

There is so much more to say about Awardpro, it has been built by a Trophy Shop owner, for a trophy shop. I bet you have Myob or Quickbooks to  run your accounts, why wouldn’t you want Awardpro to run your trophy shop!

AwardPro has made a huge difference in my business. We can now write sales orders through a pre-priced system that automatically works out stock orders. For me, this has made running my business much easier and I don’t seem to call suppliers with bits and pieces to add on, nearly as much as the old days.

AwardPro’s production management system is simple to use and I love how you don’t have to do anything, it’s just there and keeps my head around all the jobs going on.

The program covers all areas of the business from ordering, sales, dispatch,  and not to mention the difference it has made to our accounts department.  I like the way it offers all our staff computer access to all order information at a press of a button.

Our sales team is finding the program very helpful as there are not as many questions asked of them anymore internally [software captures information automatically]. One of my sales staff still can’t believe that she does not have to fill out 3 or 4 order forms [sales–production-stock order] for one job anymore which as you know can take up to an hour or longer on big orders. The program has made processing much faster.
